How do I get started?

We offer a FREE 30-min call for you to discuss your project with us. You can then see if you feel we're the right fit for the team to deliver your project.

What is the payment schedule?

If you choose to go for the website project service only, we require 50% upon contract sign-off, and then 50% prior to your automations going live.

However, if you’re going for the Complete Package, you can choose to spread the payment over the 6-month project.

What Can Affect Pricing?

Here are the factors that might increase pricing for your website project:

• Having a team of more than 2 people who are managing your automations and CRM – as this will increase the team we need to spend training your team.
• If you require or request super advanced or bespoke specialist workflows or integrations.

Is there an unlimited plan for AI usage?

Yes. Instead of the Pay as you Go AI usage model, for £90 per month, you can also get unlimited AI voice minutes and messages.

Please keep in mind that if you use SMS instead of WhatsApp, you might have a courier fee for each message.

Do I have to use AI?

No. Using AI is totally optional. You can just start with making use of the CRM package, and you will still enjoy significant benefits:

Do I need the monthly CRM package to use AI?

Yes. The AI is powered from the CRM system, so without the CRM system you can’t make use of its AI tools.
